This page covers the waitlist and account data used by Convoy.coach.

What we store

We store your Strava-linked account id, coaching profile, chat-related data, and any API key you choose to save. API keys are encrypted before storage.

Waitlist emails

If you join the paid-plan waitlist, we store your email address, consent flag, consent timestamp, signup source, and the linked user id when available. We only use that information to notify you about paid plan availability and product updates. We do not sell or share this list with third parties for unrelated marketing.

Analytics

We use Simple Analytics to count anonymous page views and product events such as onboarding progress, chat messages sent, and feature views. These analytics events do not include your name, email address, Strava id, goals, prompts, chat text, API keys, or other personal content.

Your choices

You can remove your saved Gemini API key at any time from settings. Waitlist emails will include unsubscribe instructions. If you want account data removed, use the disconnect flow in the app.
